Here are the basics to get started:
1. Go to twitter.com and click on the “Let me in” button to sign up
2. Enter your name, a password and email address
You’ll now have an account (there’s more you can add, but that can wait)
To follow Mayo Clinic:
1. Click “Find People” and enter “Mayo Clinic”. A list of all recent tweets (messages) from Mayo Clinic will appear.
2. Simply click on the left of the 3 buttons that appear next to the message and you will now be following Mayo Clinic.
